Pravin Kothari – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Pravin Kothari is a serial cybersecurity entrepreneur and industry pioneer. He previously founded CipherCloud, a trailblazer in cloud data protection, and ArcSight, the SIEM leader acquired by HP for $1.5 billion. As CEO of PointGuard AI, he brings deep experience in building scalable platforms for data protection, encryption, and compliance. Pravin holds multiple patents and a Master’s in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. His visionary leadership anchors PointGuard’s mission to secure AI at every layer.

Mali Gorantla – Chief Product & Security Officer (CPSO)
Mali Gorantla leads product and security strategy at PointGuard AI, drawing on two decades of hands-on experience as a builder, inventor, and practitioner. He has led security operations, data governance, and product security functions at Finastra, Honeywell, and Home Depot, and previously built key management solutions at CipherCloud. Mali holds a PhD in Cryptography and a Master’s in Information Security. His work ensures that PointGuard’s platform meets the highest standards in AI and software security.

Warlu Kothapalli – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Warlu Kothapalli oversees engineering at PointGuard AI, driving the design and development of its advanced cybersecurity platform. With 20+ years of experience and a Master’s degree from MIT, Warlu has held senior roles at leading tech companies and delivered major innovations in enterprise software. His deep technical leadership and focus on product excellence are central to PointGuard’s rapid growth and trusted platform.
